This game is broken just as Rogue Leader 2 is.

PC Specs:

OS: Windows 7 Home Edition - 64-bit
CPU: AMD Athlon II Dual-Core M300, 2.0 GHz
GPU: ATI Radeon Mobility HD 4200 256MB
Memory: 4GB DDR2

Dolphin Version:

Dolphin SVN R5215 - 64-Bit

Emulator settings:

(Core Settings)
Enable Dual Core
Enable Idle Skipping
HLE the IPL
Jit Recompiler
DSP on Thread

(Video Settings)
DX9
Safe Texture Cache
Enable EFB Copy to Texture

Since the address starts with a "7", that means it's a TLB Hack issue. Like the other Rogue Squadron games, the problem probably lies in the ARAM DMA being used as a code overlay.
With the TLB hack enabled, the error with the 7 is replaced with these 3.

UP , same as rogue squadron 2 need to fix the bug on these both games!
Doesn't seem to be exactly same problem as with Rouge Squadron 2. Since RS2 showed improvement with recent revisions, making into as far as in-game, Rebel strike still stops with same black screen, but without the warning windows.
a start screen is almost visible...

i hope this will be playable sometime

means something is going on the right direction

i think it is the first screenshot shown of this game
That screen was able to be seen for a while now. Nothing has changed.
