I'm very noob at this :p.
i still can't find the lib (or does it even exists).
Or do I need to download a older direct x version?

C:\Archivos de programa\Microsoft DirectX SDK (August 2009)\Lib\x86

or

C:\Archivos de programa\Microsoft DirectX SDK (August 2009)\Lib\x64

"Archivos de programa" is the spanish path to program files in windows

copy the DxErr.lib in the same folder and rename it to DxErr9.lib

Found the file, going to compile again tomorrow !!
