Enable Dual Core
Enable Idle Skipping
HLE the IPL
JitIL Recompiler
DSP on Thread

(Video Settings)
DX9
Safe Texture Cache
Enable EFB Copy to Texture

if you untick (Use Panic Handlers) the game works

Wow, nice find. I think that is very odd that the panic handler option would prevent a game from working.

Runs for me in r6285, but it's slooooooooooooooooooooooow!

Tried different configs/plugins but to no avail. If anyone knows how to speed this sucker up, please share your wisdom. ^_-
