Gamecube/Wii games only support ON/OFF rumble, not ranges. I would think it's the same for the actual GC controller you are using.
GC/Wii Games just turn rumble on and off at certain rates to have a weak or strong rumble.
Also, r5404 should fix the issues that Dynam0 and Dragonlord were having.

oh ok didnt know that. so the 0-100 slider is for controllers that support "range rumble" in order to limit the power of "on"
thanks again for your help!
@billiard26
Refreshing a few times made no difference, the rumble list area is still blank. Running r5404 with same result.
I don't mean to be incredibly noobish, but the fact is i am. I downloaded dolphin for the first time today and i am also getting the error "Error loading Plugins/Plugin_GCNewPad.dll; can't read info" I have downloaded the patch for updating, but i am not sure what an SVN is, and or how to apply the patch. Is there anywhere to read up on such things? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update DirectX from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=2DA43D38-DB71-4C1B-BC6A-9B6652CD92A3&displaylang=en , even if you think you have the latest version already.
You don't need to download/apply any patch. The newest version of the plugin is included with Dolphin.

Thank you very much, that did the trick :3
The gamepad is now working as it should. All fine and the input problems in Pkmn-GC are gone with that pad too. Now the only problem left is the new Wii mote plugin. Are you involved with that one too? As the input there is not working at all too although in the dialog it shows up. Could be the same problem. That said Wii emulation seems to be broken in general. Crashes left and right. Only GC really works right now.
Yes the problem is fixed, thank u very much..

New wiimote plugin is not complete. Billiard is working hard on it. Be patient.

That's odd. Does r5421 have no issues for you and r5422 have the problem?
