Here is my example - for starters, I do have a Logitech Cordless 2 Wireless Rumblepad thing. You can press a button and switch between the D-Pad and the Analog being the one in charge of the movement.

So, I assume using the stick with d-pad movements is POSSIBLE. Now, my question is - so I was wondering if we could make it so (in this case, the 360 controller) the left analog stick could be mapped to the Wiimote's D-Pad. So, for games that used the D-Pad for movement could work with the Analog Stick.

It may not be possible, it may ALREADY be possible. So... is it?
You can use Xpadder for it

Many other emulators can map the axises to d-pads. Everyone I can think of aside from Dolphin. I'll look at Xpadder though.

You could give my plugin a try. It can map axis to buttons or the d-pad.
