Hello everyone
I've had experience with emu's before and for the most part I can figure things out (with a little help from google and the minds of more experienced techies). but for the life of me I can't seem to get tatsunoku vs capcom to run at a consistent fps. My specs for the most part are in my sig, and my setup on dolphin for the most part was borrowed from Performance guide So I know I'm on the right track. besides that I've also installed FRAPS and optimized vista home premium and have also shut off any unneeded programs.
If any of you have some pearls of advice, im all ears.
