Problem is the system let you sue everybody at anytime for anything , so in this case ,
1 / the media tells you that a Woman in Tenessee "thinks" that her child confuses a wiimote with a gun , so for them (the medias , yes they think for her) it is Nintendos fault ,or something like that....(yes 4 points) Even if she cant sue them she is just rejecting her fault on anything ,she has to because she is guilty of some kind of negligence !

A bloody moron who doesn't even know it? This is the reason he was banned, that opinion is based off of what I've read from the other forum linked here.
