Alright since only one person has met with me on irc and no one is posting their game info clearly everyone has stopped caring. Therefore as of this moment I am closing the dolphin benchmarking project. Starscream this is your chance, you can go ahead and set yours up.

You do know I can blackmail you into doing this? Good luck with your studies and stay away from the soap

Just start it, NV. We are using the 64-bit 2.0 build with the GC ZTP NTSC. You go ahead and provide a save from where you want to test and you and me can see the differences between our hardware. I'm sure others will join in sooner or later.
You start it off and then I will follow after.
Alright then. The save was kindly provided by JADS

I was and am still concerned since it seems like no one cares all of the sudden. I mean when I started this thread people were excited and posting so fast I could barely keep up, it was like an explosion that just kept getting bigger, but now I ask everyone to do something as simple as post their game version and I have barely any responses after any entire week, so what happened (sorry for the run on sentence)? Did everyone just suddenly stop caring? /rant
Anyways yeah I guess we could skip the step where everyone tells me what version they have so I can sort the data in the excel document by simple using GC NTSC only. Most of them have that version anyways. The thing is though, as funny as this sounds either JADS system is to good or the game is simply to easy to run. I specifically picked this game because of how much everyone was complaining about their framerate issues in it, and yet with the testing we have done so far me and JADS can't seem to get our framerates below 30 fps no matter what we do without using AA. We need a better spot, both faron woods and kakariko village (in twilight) are giving us much better results than I expected.
Shouldn't you post some screen-shots and your results? I also have a save we can use after this test.

Well, you can't expect everyone to attend one session can you?
I wouldn't say they don't entirely care, try being a bit more lenient. Look though this thread, i think you scared them away.

There's no point in this if its just a two man benchmark. Look at your hardware and look at his, then say that again.
A benchmark isn't needed to represent the difference between a low and high end machine, we have common sense for that.

Think about what you're doing. If noone wants to join, just drop it its pointless.

That's your opinion. If we want to test games with our hardware, then we will. Since you seem to not want to participate, why are you telling us what we can do with our time and hardware? Get lost, scram, go bother someone else.

I'm not joining this, as stated above a crew of two is pointles. A crew of three isn't far off from that. If and when others join, I'll consider.
See who you're working with Natural Violence, if it wasn't you who scared others away, we know the source.
"Get lost", is that how you recruit?
Happy testing

I'm not recruiting you. I'm telling you to stop telling us what we can and cannot do, or what is or is not pointless. If you can not or do not understand that, then yes, get lost. If you want to join in, then join it, but the only thing that is pointless is you telling us what you think.
Now stop cluttering up this thread with your worthless blather.

Keep up the good work Starscream, your unique and very hostile way of contributing is what will help us in the long run.
