No r5194 is before 2.0 (it's r53XX). I've just retried the game with 2.0 it works fine. Try r7590 wait 30 seconds on start screen because it's slow and if it doesn't work post your settings maybe something to change I don't know...
NVM the not starting on anything besides 5194, i though the big blue box in the checkmark space ment it was toggled.
I think this game needs Speed Up Disk Transfer Rate enabled so its so slow. It made 23 minutes into 6 seconds.
Ohh and the memory card issue got fixed i found an NTSC version.

I do not see the MMU hack when I right click. I am using V3.0 2.35

My bad I found it. Game had to be in the directory first.
