I have the same problem... all "warning" box ! Sad
The game has a major problem. Nothing we can do will get it to work.
Well... What is the problem of this game, anyway?
I managed this game to work at full speed with MMU enabled with my new rig:
I7 3930K@4.25Ghz
Asus Rampage IV Extreme
Corsair H80
16Gb GSKILL Ripjaws DDR3 P14900
Palit Geforce 570GTX

The only bad thing are this game are unstable in few place :/
It can crash with 'Dolphin has crashed' Sad
What settings do you use? Default or any custom settings?

His system is powerful enough to approach full-speed in this game
Checking VBeam in Game Properties can be helpful
VBeam is on by default for TimeSplitters.

Guess my system just isn't powerfull enough.
I do get 60 (and steady) FPS for Brawl + HD pack. MMU is a really massive impact I guess. Even with the speed hack (which are both on by default for TimeSplitters too).
EDIT: Oh not to forget, that is using an internal rendering of "Window Size", which is 1920x1080.
