do you read the issue page? sl1nk3.s has already figured out a solution, but doesn't commited it (yet), for some (good) reasons.

you mean an old hope, his solution is from the Mar 1, 2011. and if you look at his screenshot, he has an ABNORMALY FAST speed of 1%. maybe the debug version of dolphin causes this, or maybe because of that he hasn't released it. who knowsUndecided

Any ideas as to what this mean? Or how I can fix it?

Using r7718 build i have the same problem, cannot locate the *.ini file and the games settings appears to not show any "emulate format changes" checkbox, i have disabled dialog popups to get this game in-game but it's dire to run, looks as though it should work well on my system, is the game duff in this emulator? or should i persist? please advise me on settings if possible, thanks
The game is going to run really slow and has major issues that you cannot do anything about. You can get in-game and fly around for a while, but that's about it for now.

No. And stop bumping this thread for ****'s sake.

calm down, fine no more questions.
this is not a bump btw, it's a legit question, I was just wondering why the hanger doesn't suffer from the same draw distance thing the actual missions do?

also I noticed a small increase in fps on the logo screens and ingame seems a little smoother.

this is on 3.0-147.
