Open the file with notepad and change the "True" to "False" In your dolphin folder/user/game config/GSWE64/EFBEmulateFormatChanges = False
Save the file and play. This is for the NTSC version of the game.

3.0 is out already and it didn't fix anything related to Rouge Leader.
That was a known fact way before 3.0 got released.

Nothing is going to change for this game unless the code is fixed. It's silly to think otherwise.
For what it's worth, the fix for this game most likely will slow down stuff so much that you'll need a _really_ good CPU and a good GPU
The game is already slow on i7 rigs, after this there will be nothing that can reach 70% speed. :p
Same thing for Rogue Squadron 3?
Rogue Squadron 3 is just broken in a whole other way, don't expect that game to work any time soon.
Meh, these master pieces should be played on the real hardware.
I have a hunch it will take a loooooooooong time before any of these beauties becomes playable at all.
But who knows, when I'm 30 in about 4 ½ years it's maybe playable.

To whom to submit the petition on hotfix? After has broken my Gamecube I can not play in this amazing game in any way.
