the new rev works really well.. i'm playing on d3d9 with really good speeds.. put it on framelimit:120 and turn audio throttle on
100% audio speed with 80-100 fps game speeds
playable as hell!
edit: some flicker but it's not really noticeable as long as you're paying attention to the game.

nope. i used the exact same settings in both r4957 and r5037. yet in r4957 the game is faster then r5037. i don't even have to set frameskip to 120. so i'll say this again. if you want more decent speed, get older revs like r4957. if not, setting the frameskip to 120 does the trick but i can see some graphical glitches.

i notice in the cutscenes the text is cut off, and in the shop its the same problem. also the flickering...

So, pretty much the exact same issues that Megaman 9 has.
It'd be great if we could get them working perfectly, it really would.

I don't have this game but maybe 'Use Real XFB' option in OpenGL can help about the flicker.

That does fix it, but then OpenGL can't seem to play more than 60FPS, no matter what setup I try.
If Direct3D ever gets real XFB, that would be great.
