depends on the game so far on my shitty cpu games I tryed on wii is 10 fps and up on GC games it 17 and up just depends on settings you use on the game
i have with Pentium D 925 2 x 3 ghz by most GC games fullspeed under 64bit with occasional slow downs to half speed, but this is really acceptable.

You can With a Singlecore cpu a Dolphin / Gamecube emulate forget since it is not enough performance.

Its cool just saying idk if you find 10 and up fps playable I sure as hell do but thats just me sence runing around that speed for singlecore like SMG I get solid 10 to 45 fps slowdowns just drop around 10 to 20 fps depending the area im in lol
