I'm not sure if this is a Vista/Seven specific issue, but if you maximize the main Dolphin window with the game list, it is impossible to minimize the window back to it's original size unless you edit or delete the dolphin.ini file.
seems like it is a bug (not sure either if it happens with other OSes
)
crap i am having the same problem.
this also happens to game it self if u accidently click on game tab in taskbar while in window mode it will minimize and it will NOT restore beck.. :S
The only way to fix that is to delete dolphin.ini and set all over again...

I'm having a problem where the game allways starts minimised.
I click on the game in the list to start playing it, and it starts minimised on my taskbar. Then I have to maximise it to play.
yes something happens to dolphin.ini replacing it fixes problem..
