It's probably your video card's problem, post settings you use
Not enough info.

But here's some suggestions.

1: Update Dolphin, your version is about 306 revisions out of date
(www.dolphin-emu.org)
2: Update your graphics card drivers
3: Tell us what game you tried to play
4: Try updating your DirectX, and use the Direct3D plugin.
