Heya, anyone figured out how to fix the reflections offset bug ?
I've been having the exact same problem as you guys described ; wrong size or position of the reflections texture on water, causing the game to look bad (not to mention the transparent hair texture bug)... Yet no matter how many builds I've tried, how many settings, nothing ever worked.
So I'm checking here to see if someone else still has that problem, if anyone fixed it, if so how... Thanks.

I had no problems at all with the shake when playing the first game and even in the second I can pat the fishies properlly too if I hit it, but when I get to the whale ramming me it just wont. I even watched a let's play video on youtube to be sure I didnt miss something too.
mother whale is coming my way and im supposed to shake the wii remote to dodge but the guy wont move and the game doesnt progress..
anyone encountered the same problem?
I'm going to try getting a ntsc version see if it changes anything, but if someone would have a solution for me I would gladly welcome it.

so I found myself a ntsc version, not much difference but the text was slightly different, but the issue with the shake is still there. I can pat fishies but cants run away from the whale and thus I am stuck. Anyone has any idea what to do?

Having the wii - remote shake issue as well here and can't even pet the little fishes with a genuine controller/sensor bar combo.
Have managed to get past the scene by mistake, by shaking and creating a save state at the same time. when i load the state, it performs the action (for the whale dodging and petting of the little fishes) but I can't get this to the business in the course of normal gameplay.
shake is fine on the other titles I have tried it with, but no luck here...using the latest v3.0 - maybe another version is recommended?

Interresting glitch, how did you manage to do both at the same time?
but it's weird, every one else that uses a real wii has been saying how they dont have that glitch, it's weird that you do, maybe try an older version if you have the latest one.

Someone else mentioned the issue with a genuine Wii-Remote on the first page, which at least lets me know I'm not alone with this
The save state came about as I created one whilst someone else was shaking the mote in a "oh, let's try again later...." frame of mind and when we did reload the file the little fella happily dodged out of the way of his own accord.
Have tried with 7271 as that seems to get mentioned as a stable build....it could very well be my sensor bar not being up to scratch as is a third party buy from ebay (about 9 inches long) so might give it a try with candles (the idea of which amuses me no end considering the tech involved here) to see if that helps.

well I tried it and it doesnt seem to work for me so I guess it's a fix for reall wii mote users only :/
