You can visit this site and always get the latest version:
http://www.dolphin-emu.org

But anyway, Megaman 9 is an odd game, it runs 100% at 120 FPS, not 60.
This is the best way to play the game:
Direct3D Plugin
Resolution 640 by 480
Disable VSync
EFB copy to Texture

The game runs best at this specific setup, no idea why though.

Not good for me, I didn't find that option 'EFB copy to Texture'.
And my game run slow as hell. I'm able to play Mario Galaxy 1 fine, but that game... my god Sad

I'm using Dolphin version r7676 L102 x64 ICC

Still slow Sad

This option should be checked by default if you changed nothing anyway. But you'll find it here : Graphics/Hacks/EFB Copies

EDIT: It must be called "Virtual" in this revision
Perfect, thanks.... but no luck for me.
Really Impressive, a 2D game slower than a full 3D one... Sad

Btw, my settings

Any tips?

Thanks
Disable "External Frame Buffer" and check "Skip EFB Access"
Yeah, no change at all.

Sad

Thanks LordVador... Mega Man 9 and 10, same thing. Mario Galaxy and others, fine...
Use Dolphin 3.0 (not 3.0-XXX) and use default settings

Actually, both games rotate a bit slowly even in the reviews more new. Currently i am using a system x64 but little change in relation to my old windows xp x86 architecture. Only with DX9 the game is "more" fast.
I console and the fact that in Megaman 10 there are bugs while Protoman carries its P-Buster, something that happened in revisions older.
Yo dawg, I herd you like emulators so we put an emulator in your emulator...
