The Windows stack can see the Wiimote and installs fine. But Dolpjin says no Wiimote connected? Should I get a diffrent Bluetooth driver/stack?

Never Posted before so sorry if I messup or am out of line.
Try the pair up button , once the wiimote is registered in the Microsoft Stack click the "pair up" button and then "Refresh real wiimotes"
Did that, And it still says "Connected to 0 Real Wiimotes." But I pull up the list of Bluetooth devices and it lists "Nintendo RVL-CNT-01" as connected.
It nedd some time or something like that

I just click " Pair up real wiimotes " I wait for the OS to recognice them and when you can click " pair up wiimotes" again I start pressing "Refresh wiimotes" until I get something
That don't work. Might be its not a Nintendo brand Wiimote? Got my Wii used and needed to get a Wiimote for it and got a cheaper off brand.
I've been having odd problems lately with mine too. I do get mine to work however but I have to remove it form bluetooth devices and add it back in.

when you add it make sure you don't have dolphine loaded. possibly start this after a clean reboot. Then add the controller in to bluetooth as normal. then open Dolphin and click on wiimote and select the options for using a real wiimote. chances are if you have this right as soon as you load the wiimote config you will feel the wiimote rumble each time.

However with mine it seems like the wiimote stops working half the time in dolphin, sometimes it will sometimes I have to remove it from bluetooth devices and add it back in Sad very very frustrating!!
yea nintari me too....it is stupid. dolphin losses connection with wii mote than to pair it up i have to remove the device, start a save state in dolphin than close dolphin, than add wiimote in bluetooth than start dolphin.......it gets very very very irritating
There's atm no direct way around that problem. You cant re-pair up a wiimote that has lost pairing during an active dolphin session @ms stack, you will always have to restart dolphin resp. close dolphin.
You MUST close dolphin and then you can either remove the device manually and pair it up manually @bt manager, or u you can just restart dolphin directly and press the pair up button. I don't know yet why the pair up does not work properly on some ms bt stack systems, however if u don't post ur exact systems specs(windows + ms stack version) ur comments are most likely useless to any dev.
However u still need to press the refresh wiimote button after u pressed the pair up button.
Disabling "the Windows Update Service" will ~half the time needed for the entire pairing process, if you dont disable it windows will always try to first look for drivers @inet on pairup, which is useless to us. When u press the pair up button, the button will gray out for a few seconds~, after that just wait 1-2 seconds and press the refresh wiimote button, don't press the refresh button when its still pairing up and the button grayed out, wait till it finishes and give it 1-2 seconds just in case.

edit:
Of course dont forget to press the button 1 and 2 on your wiimote before u use the pair up button @dolphin - to place the wiimote into discovery mode. Tongue
All the above didn't help. Tried a difrent stack, Borrowed from a friend (If worked I'ld have bought a copy.) Didnt work removed that stack (Toshiba stack I think) and back to the newest Win7 stack. Maybe my specs might help?

My PC sprcs:
------------
AMD Phenom™ II X4 955 Proccer -Overclocked to all 4 cores at 3780 MHz
6 GB Memory
GeForce 9800 GT (next thing to upgrade)
Windows 7/X64
CSR Bluetooth Radio (thats what win7 lists it as)
Realtek High Def Audio (On motherboard Audio)
Motherboard: ASUS - M4A79 Deluxe
I have it working flawlessly for months, but sometimes it loses connection.

You need to go to bluetooth settings (view bluetooth devices), and remove the NINTENDO_RVL_CNT device. Then add it again by 'add new bluetooth device' and hold down 1&2 on Wiimote. It will then install to windows.

Next, open dolphin and select wiimotes. Click on pair up wiimotes, and press down 1 & 2 on Wiimote. After about 3 to 5 seconds, it will say on the bottom right corner of screen near task bar "installing bluetooth HID device", and soon, "installation of bluetooth HID device was succesful".

Then click on 'refresh wiimotes' and it will shake. Then select 'real Wiimote' from the drop down list, and press OK. Then you will have assigned it as controller 1, and 1 light will be lit.

Make sure you have proper Bluetooth drivers installed. If the BT icon is not in your taskbar during startup, go to Start -> write services.msc -> Enable bluetooth support service to automatic mode. If you don't have this option, you haven't installed BT drivers correctly
