Could you be a bit more descriptive than "constant speed-up", like giving us a number or a range for the FPS is game speed %. You might want to make sure the Framelimit option is set to something like Audio or Auto (Audio is more accurate however).

nvm, just saw you edited your post. I don't think the cutscenes can be fixed atm. Nothing I've tried seems to make a difference.

The FPS was running at 110 - 120. and the speed was at 110% making the game run fast.
how ever the speed is no longer an issue, I edited my post.

So now I'm wondering if theres anything to help with the blank cutscenes, or should I just deal with it, because honestly it isn't a big problem with me.

Edit. Alrighty on the cutscene. I guess I'll just keep my eyes open if a fix is found. Thanks for a reply though. Big Grin
Wait, hold on, I'm a horrible liar :p

Just did some quick testing on a hunch. Set your IR to 1x, and enable XFB, set it Real (Virtual might work too, but I tried it on Real). Seems to get the cutscenes working, sorry about that :3

EDIT: Just updated the Dolphin Wiki entry to reflect this.

No worries, I don't think you lied.

And I'll try running these settings and return here with what I get. If it works, I will return and love you forever.

Edit: Ok, so I set my IR to 1x and tried XFB on both Real and Virtual. Under the Real setting FPS was at a steady 30 and Speed a steady 100% but no video. Under the Virtual setting the speed stays the same, still no video and the FPS is 0.

I wonder if I may just have to mess with the setting myself and see what I can come up with.
Just noticed that I had some leftover settings from when I was playing Sonic Heroes. Interestingly enough, the video plays fine when Scaled EFB Copy is disabled and XFB is set to Real. Enabling Scaled EFB Copy immediately breaks the video. Although Dolphin reports the FPS as 0 the video is running fine on my end, so make sure Scale EFB Copy is off.

Ok I disabled Scaled EFB Copy and with the other setting you mentioned earlier has got the video working and FPS is at 60 on my end with a Speed of 70-90.
so I guess I love you!
Everything is working fine now.
