olphin has no online function.Besides-PSO servers are offline as i know.
And you can play "Offline"...

I have the same problem as Fizgig. I have the r7590 version. Any help would be most appreciated!

Never mind. I got it to work by changing it to 3D9 instead of 11.
I'm having the same problem as several individuals in this thread:
When I load the ISO and it asks me to agree to its EULA and confirm the time, it will freeze and constantly repeat the same SFX endlessly. I have the latest version of Dolphin and I am running the ISO on default settings. The ISO itself is for the NTSC region (American release).
Can anyone advise me on how to handle this?

Select Play Offline. The 'Online' part isn't supported.
