F-Zero features several modes of gameplay, all of which are exciting and fun. Two main modes make up the bulk of the game’s single player experience. F-ZERO GX is not crashing anymore since a few revisions ago. JIT-IL hangs the game so use the normal version instead. I'm awaiting the day it can be fully played but at least now you don't have to use the debugger to get further into the game.
i'm not using jit-il. it crashes as soon as the intro plays. using rev 5704
32bit use JITIL only(crash sometime)
64bit use both JIT and JITIL(no crash)

No crash on 64bit? Awesome! Can't wait to get my new PC.
Question to everyone who participated in this thread complaining about frequent crashes....how is this new build for you? Still getting them? Or have they stopped?
It's a different issue and I think it was fixed by ayuanx some time ago (not sure, I'm not around here for a while)

Hi. Which issue are you referring to? The crashing issue or the story mode issue?

I get that too on r5820 for OS X, except that the "Unknown Opcode" it give me is 0xf. It then dumps a list of the illegal commands. It happens for me right after it attempts to load data from the memory card after showing the company logos. It appears to have saved actual data on the card, but it can't get further than that. Tried JIT and JITIL and disabled multi-core and still get the same message.
