OK guys that does it. I gave up setting this thing on my own. I just can't synch the sound and I've been trying alot. I will write all my specs here, hoping that someone will help. I have been trying to synch on Revisions 4771, 4915, 5039. The game itself (concerning gameplay) works well with speedhacks (all) on 300, here are my settings : (RMS on the icon at the main screen then properties) NMH Usa version.
Open GL
Enable Dual Core
TLB Hack
Enable Progressive Scan
Enable Widescreen Hack
Force Filtering
Disable Copy to EFB
Enable Copy to EFB (No difference when I set to Textures)
Safe Texture Cache
Distance Alpha Pass
Use XFB
FIFO BP Hack
Use RE0 Fix - and further DSP settings : Enable HLE Audio On and Dsound as OpenAL work the same way.
Speed hacks :
# RUYE41 - No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle
[Core] Values set here will override the main dolphin settings.
SkipIdle = 0
[SpeedHacks]
0x803c09b0=260
0x803c09c0=260
0x803c09b8=260
0x803c0ac4=260
0x803c0a28=260
0x803c0b20=260
0x803c08dc=260
[EmuState] The Emulation State. 1 is worst, 5 is best, 0 is not set.
EmulationIssues =
EmulationStateId = 1
[OnFrame] Add memory patches to be applied every frame here.
[Video]
ProjectionHack = -1
[ActionReplay]
My specs :
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00 Ghz
4,00 GB RAM
Ati Radeon 4800 with 512 RAM
Windows 7 32 bit
ASUS P5Q Pro Motherboard with integrated Sound Card
To all of you : If you had luck with playing this game with no sound problems and you think it is very fucking awesome please find 10 minutes of your time and help
EDIT 1 : I got it running (on 5039) with a 2 sec sound delay. Got another problem. I am emulating Wii Classic Controller on my keyboard. It disconnects whenever I try to load a game (by Shift + F1 / F1 combo), I can't force Travis to move a muscle. Also I am getting a Runtime Error with no specified details. Any solutions?

what functions are you patching? and why you turn off idle skipping?

1. Duh I don't know. I found those as a speedhack at the beginning of this thread, pasted them into the .ini file and now I'm here.
2. I turn it off... and on because it helps to get the "Wimote Connected" message. Seriously, it rather works.
My biggest problem is saving and loading right now. How do I save and load a game without failing?

I was messing around with "free look" in the advanced graphics plugin options and I noticed that when I moved the camera I found that there is like this floating pane of glass with a shader texture on it in front of the real game camera that adds bloom or something, but it also makes the game look blurry even at high resolutions. I tried messing with the "Hacks" section of the graphics plugin and I noticed that the hack for "Bleach Versus Crusade" makes the bloom pane disappear and the game looks much better and edges are much sharper.
BUT the only problem is that this breaks the menu screens causing them to be all black. (Such as the wiimote warning and main menu screen) It also breaks subtitles and any hud elements.
Would it be possible for someone to make a hack for the game that removes just this blurry shader plane?
EDIT: Here's some screenshots.

I also noticed NMH speech is way out of sync, but sound effects and fight-related sounds are not. When you recieve a phone call for example, the speech precedes the mouth movement by like 5-10 seconds or more.
Though, I skip most cutscenes so that doesn't matter IMO, some people can find it annoying though.
