Known Problems

Naturally, the game runs slow. The member JumperTwo has created a speedhack to increase the speed. To use the hack, utilize this small tutorial.

JumperTwo Wrote:"To use the speedhack, go to your dolphin folder then User->GameConfig->RUYE41.ini
copy,past and save this
Code:
# RUYE41 - No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle

0x803c0a28=900
0x803c0b20=900

[EmuState] The Emulation State. 1 is worst, 5 is best, 0 is not set.
EmulationIssues =
[OnFrame] Add memory patches to be applied every frame here.
[ActionReplay] Add action replay cheats here.

Also, there is a small graphical glitch with light saber (light stays at the same place for a second when you move)

Overall

If you're playing without speed hack, then play it at your own risk, because it runs really slow without it. Sound emulation is perfect and controls seem to work really well. Status: [color=#32CD32]Perfect[/color]

don't forget to uncheck "audio throttle" in DSP ,set the Frame limiter to 60 in Config and check "Enable cheats". Use Dsound.
ps:for the cutscenes that are not synchronized with audio , just disable HLE audio in DSP , then re-enable it.
Thread updated, thanks for holding it, Kev Wink

kolobus

Game runs great except I can't seem to get the emulator to recognize my triggers as the triggers. It says press the trigger axis and when I press the buttons on my controller, it picks up nothing. This might not be the right place to ask, but replaying this game on hard is well, hard without any sort of lockon.
ok, it runs pretty well, but :S how can i do the movements ? XD does anybody got a wiimotemovment.ini ?
Try this one and tell me if it works Smile Don't forget to assign buttons. You may also try to use the same movements for nunchuck (since it's used in this game as well)

gonna try that . thx nosound .
Kolobus.

Here is a picture of my Controller Scheme with Triggers set.
I have Triggers set to Keyboard and Dolphin allows me to map it out to the correct button. Hope that helps.

Its all cool with the movements, excepto that it'd be better to have a custom one for charging the beam katana, also i get audio desync, why's that ?
