They may emulate correctly, just not fast enough to be enjoyable. With those specifications, speed is going to be a major issue and not really enjoyable to play. Even myself with a decent spec'd system finds minimal slowdowns to be annoying enough and the Hyrule Field slowdown in ZTP to be unbearable. I used to have a PC with an AMD64 x 2 3800+ @ 2.1 Ghz, I was lucky to achieve half speed in some games, Sonic Adventure 2 was the fastest and ran at about 30 - 45 FPS with some minor/moderate slowdowns. I only got about 13 - 15 FPS, sometimes not even that in outdoor environments for Zelda Windwaker, with indoor environments running at almost full speed.
