The JITIL compiler is in all of the newer revisions. Have you tried running it using the latest revision?

Just go Options/Configure/General Tab and switch "JIT recompiler" to "JitIL experimental recompiler"

If this doesn't work, PM me and I'll post screenshots of my setup.
