After alot of trial and error, I managed to find a fix.
I did this in R4897.
Just go Options/Configure/General Tab and switch "JIT recompiler" to "JitIL experimental recompiler"
If this doesn't work, PM me and I'll post screenshots of my setup.

yes im havin problems with this game az well the message is not runin like it should and i have tha newest build and the speed drops on it az well wut iz your config setup i really want to play this game and will the setup work on the other harvest moon games az well?? plz get back wit me on this asap

What is your PC like? The game doesn't even run smoothly on my PC and mine is fairly quick.

Hmmm your PC looks like it would play Animal Parade with decent speed.

With "Copy EFB to GL texture (hack)" ticked, the game's dialogue won't always pan out correctly. In some cut scenes, this will stop the event. To fix this however, just window out during the cut scene and switch "Copy EFB to GL texture (hack)" to "Copy EFB to system RAM (real)"

The S&L[Save & load] cheating can do in here.
It is very useful for refine metal without failing.
