my NSMB wii on my dolphin r4790 isn't running right. im using dx9 because open gl isnt working. the graphics are kind of hanging like it's not running at full speed. everything else works like the controls and moving. any one have an idea what to do?
Enable EFB copy to texture in the settings.

That usually does the trick.
If not, maybe your processor is not up to the task, then you should try frameskip.

is frameskip on the emulator cuz i have that up high
Why don't you tell me what hardware you have.
What processor, graphics card, RAM, operating system.

intel centrino duo core
genuine intel ® cpu t2250 @1.73ghz
vista 32bit
ram 1014mb
So, I'm guessing you have a laptop.
Sorry to say but you're not going to run any Wii games fast on that spec, nothing doing.
I'm running a 3.66ghz processor and I still can't run some things full speed.
