Wii - Guitar Hero Metallica

The game is semi-playable, you could probably make it great by tweaking with settings. It starts properly, you can preview songs normally, etc...
Semi-playable, because songs are slightly distorted and sometimes play slower than they should.

Use Guitar Hero 3 emulated in wiimote and it will work.

It's nice that you make so many game threads, however, quality over quantity Wink
It would be better if, before you post a game thread, you really test a game with all settings, so you can really tell us what works best.
Isn't there this issue with flickering in this game?
Also, aren't you getting stuck before a song and it asks you to plug in a microphone (I got past that somehow but I can't remember how)...anyway, things like that should be in your first post (though you can add it later, of course).
Nope, no flickering problem in this game. But you are right, when the game loads, it asks for USB microphone (device not found). It plays fine without microphone however, as long as you emulate with the guitar wiimote. I'll also post optimal settings later
finally someone did a thread of this game, i really wanna play it on my pc but it runs very slow (50-60fps) during a song, also the flickering is only a problem with opengl but with d3d9 it disappears, i hope this game runs fine on dolphin cuz rockband 2 is now fully playable (at least for me, full speed always)
what is the right setting to get rid of the flickering problem in d3d?
You can make it work better modifying the options or to put a video of how she runs to him please to you
there is an option on d9d3 plugin that you gotta disable to makes the flickering disappear, but i dont remember which one
actually rock band works on video files, so it runs full speed. at least ps2 version worked this way, and guitar hero series ALWAYS play stages in real time. so it's a lot slower. for me it was 5-20 fps
you are right, rockband have pre-rendered video on the background, but im talking about rockband 2, that game plays stages in real time just as guitar hero metallica does
