OKAY,now i have:

plugin_DSP_HLE.dll
plugin_DSP_LLE.dll
plugin_nJOY_SDL.dll
plugin_nJOY_SDL_Test.dll
plugin_PadSimple.dll
plugin_OldVideoDX9.dll
plugin_VideoDX9.dll
plugin_VideoOGL.dll
plugin_Wiimote.dll

and in "Options->Configure->Plugins->Graphics" i have opengl and d3d9(i chose opengl)

if i did it correct then it didnt work because it says the same.
if wrong,what am i missing?

(wow you're still an idiot >_>, no offense), set it to d3d9 (opengl will give you that message, since your video card doesn't support Ogl 2.1 >_>)
well now it says that it loks like my 3d accelerator is too old or doesnt support features that dolphin requires.falling back to software vertex processing.(with the d3d9)

now ive got another problem,game crash when showing inside of bowser castle in intro(game runs at 50.00 fps)
great now ive got double problem,the third time i run the game it said that i have to update my video card

and neither did i get that Undecided (maybe update your graphics driver and directx Undecided)

Seems like you're using previous revisions of Dolphin, download latest from SVN Builds section Smile
When I'm in fullscreen I can't put out the pointer, so I have to play it on a window. Is there a way to put out the mouse in fullscreen mode?
No, but with real Wiimote, things are a lot easier Smile
Now ive got a problem with the new version of dolphin that nosound recommended:
it only runs at 1.30 fps and it doesnt even show the thingy about the wiimote
