EDIT: After some suggestions from Apostacious and further tweaking rather than the single final 10 person poll there will now be 4 rounds of polls and the 4 winners from those rounds will then compete in a final who is god poll the first 10 nominations each round will compete in that rounds respective poll however once you nominate someone you cannot make a nomination for the next round.

This means that if you nominate this round you cannot make a nomination in Round 2 but you are free to nominate in Round 3 and if you nominate in Round 2 you cannot nominate in round 3 but can nominate in round 4. As well as the new rule that there is only one nomination per person so i cannot make three nomination instead i would have to make 1 this round
