with a little fine tune
this build very fast for me in some games (Test with AMD x64)
Post EDITED because I used OpenGL (don't work already)
Now with D3D

I tested this x64 version.
Using D3D I got the same perfomance with my own x64 compilation with vs2008.
I use zelda ww gc to test.
I got usually 22~30fps using some 380~400MB ram, with same configs using my own x64 compilation with vs2008.
I have a Phenom 9550 (quad), 8GB ram, W7 x64 professional, Radeon HD 4670 1GB, ATI catalyst 9.12 hotfix drivers with AMD Stream (but I don't mess around with opencl yet)
well, this time ICC don't make diference for me.

I tested this x64 version.
It run with some serious memory leaks and very very poor performance. Just 1 fps.

Well, not so good indeed, let's try another compilation later
OpenGl or D3D ,because OpenGL cannot use now

windows sdk
and my patch maybe
(I think ICC recognize _export as some function so I just rename it to something else and it work the same)

OGL/D3D both work (But please test speed only d3d)
* I'm on Trial and Error so I change parameter every time I'm compile if it not work good please tell me
** I have trouble with mediafire lately if link does not work please tell me

i have a core2quad and im having a hard time running benchmarks because intros are often random to its apples to oranges comparisons. it seems to be faster in some situations but slower in some too.
one thing in my testing ive really discovered is how broken the frame limiting in dolphin is. you turn it off and the game is running at 150-200% speed everywhere, but in normal gameplay on auto it slows down in places to under 100% a lot.

finally i got around to try this. I'm getting same speed. maybe just 1frame better.

- I can't test now, my game is running at 16fps in any build from any svn, I think i found a bug or smth.
Still I think the best build is the first one you made, maybe its just me.

optimized with sse4.2 in mind?
I just tested your build, 4 fps faster in wiisports efb copy to ram and 8fps faster in nsmbw efb copy to ram. Hopefully, there'll be a script that'll compile with this compiler.
