Some cube games run slower like Twilight Princess, but the Wii games were unaffected like Super Mario Galaxy. Maybe Intel deliberately makes it runs slower while using an AMD processor?
It suppose to compare with the same revision but with another compiler like vc++ or with another builder's build.because delphin still in developing state some newer code may impact speed and maybe fixed in some next revision and we still never know.

I actually think that Intel is still sabotaging AMD processors. I found a newer article from last month...
It can also check if it true by comparing speed with other compiler.so we can use ms visual c++ as standard if amd user feel slowdown using Intel compiler while Intel user feel speed up or same speed in the same place same revision it means the news maybe true.
Mmkay, so here's my results for Super Mario Galaxy, same settings and tweaks:
r4460 x64 = ~40FPS
r5073 x64 w/Intel compiler = ~28FPS
r5072 x64 = ~32FPS
Hard to tell... I still think Intel's compiler is affecting performance...

Is your VPS vary or all same number ? for (5072 and 5073)
... Didn't pay attention lol?
C'mon guys get an intel processor before reporting lol.
Also spell are you using any kind of OpenCL in your builds? I read a new "CUDA toolkit" was released november last year to work with newest drivers.

That's right. Spell can u compile builds with OpenCL and the last CUDA tollkit for test purposes.
Check my post about the las Cuda toolkit:

Thank you for your great work.
