I tested your SSE3 4965x64 build and compared to it my own 4965x64 builds and mamarios.
I won't bother testing orleans builds, his patching messed up enough things for me and other ppl.
However, i couldn't observe any noticeable speed increases, tbh nothing at all!
I tested 5 games, the only thing that caused fluctuations was caching, after the cache was filled up (10-20% influence just due the caching itself), all 3 versions ran at the exactly same speed. Having 115 or 116 fps or respectively 153 and 154 fps is not really any difference to me, cuz it might be anything else causing it etc.
Nonetheless, it was a good idea and first i was very excited, but in the end with absolute no effect to me, except that most of his files(exes/libs) slightly bigger than the VS ones.
I tested by using my default gaming settings and additionally disabling any throttle (frame limiter + audio throttle) to get higher fps for a way more accurate comparing, cuz it's easier to notice a difference when your having xxx fps than just 30-40.
My default settings:
enable dualcore, idle skipping, jit, hle the ipl, dsplle on thread, render to main, auto aspect ratio, 1280x720, enable cpu->efb access, 16x anisotropy filtering, efb scaled copy, enable efb copy to texture
hle audio, dtk music ( like i said i didnt use the audio throttle for this purpose nor the frame limiter).
