Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Dolphin emulates the Wii Menu. Have a look at the Dolphin Wiki entry for this, and take a look at this thread for instructions. But the Wii Menu isn't necessary to play the games; Dolphin can launch the .wad files directly.
