Just give it a try, maybe? You shouldn't expect great speeds, dual core is required to run games at full speed.

You could run games, just don't expect them to ever run decently or full speed. Pentium D's are horrible for CPU intensive emulation, just ask the folks behind PCSX2 that question. Also integrated graphics are a no-no for emulating the PS2, Dreamcast, and Gamecube Wii, you can get by using the DX9 plugin, just don't expect the same results as when using a more powerful dedicated GPU.
In short, upgrade your hardware or continue to receive the same shoddy speeds. Realistically, no amount of optimization is going to overcome the limitations of poor hardware.
