im thinking about getting this laptop, since you can oc the cpu on this laptop i will probly increase multiplier by .5 or 1 depending on temps, will this be good enough to run most games?

Hmm... I'm not much of a laptop person but both look good. I would probably lean towards the one off of Best Buy. It has a better graphics card and more hard disk space, but it has slower memory which shouldn't really affect Dolphin performance. It also comes with Windows 7 Home x64 rather than Vista Home x64. But I have no idea how well laptop processors can run Dolphin. I'm guessing near full speed for Gamecube?
google MSI GX620 ,it's gaming laptop have 15% speed boost ,under 800$
best buy's one is definitely better.
i see, this toshiba have core i5,nvidia GF GT360M which alittle lower but more shader than 9800GT(class 2),when a laptop has above nvidia 9600gt and dual core 2.4gb then it must run dolphin full speed
if i were u i would spend a couple hundred more and go for one with a 3 ghz processor and overclock that

now they have this one, im guessing this can run run most wii games at a decent speed right?

it has an i7 2.8ghz
I don't know,1400$ too high for me ,well i shall wait a couple of year to buy core i7 laptop only 1000$.Hey i know lenovo ideapad core i7 too 1000-1200$ you save atlease 200$
in addition to the lenovo one,it's the most powerful notebook (3.06gb for i7) many choice for you(2duo,quadcore,corei7),with nvidia gf 240gt (200series) must run dolphin well, multimedia support with bluray disc ,500GB HDD 7200rm
the only thing with a 240m gt is that for newer pc games it isnt that great, i wonder how long it will take for the price to go down on the $1400, because i wanted to spend around $1000, i think i may go with the X505-Q865 with the i5 2.53ghz. i am not sure yet, although it would be nice to have a quad core, but i gess it doesnt matter that much
