Temps are :

- @ stock (4 x 2.4 ghz ) 7° - 11°C Idle and 19° - 26°C Load

- @ OC + 50% (4 x 3.6ghz ) 20° - 28°C Idle and 31° - 39°C Load

Room Temp aproximately 25°C.
- OC 2.3ghz and stock 2.0ghz -> 56º C
Stock cooling.

Room temp: 30º C - 37º C (summer can be a bitch if you intend to use a computer)
CPU:
Intel Core2Duo E8400 oc @ 3.8Ghz 1.2450v
Cooler:
Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme

Idle:
Core1= 40°c
Core2= 43°c

Load: (100%)

Core1= 63°c
Core2= 66°c

Load with Dolphin (60% to 100% varies much)

Core1= 55°c
Core2= 59°c

Room Temp= 20°c +-

(Edit: Updated)
Core I7 950@3.84Ghz (4005Mhz in Bios xD).
Cooler Master V8 (full speed).

With:
Dolphin -> 45°c to 63°c (on summer can have up to 70°c).
Pcsx2 -> 43°c to 55°c[On hardware mode] - 50°c to 75°c [On software mode using 7 threads].
AMD Phenom X3 720 3.2GHz@1.275v Stock Fan
Temperature while playing dolphin : 52-56c
Ambient temperature : 28-30c
Well I just installed a new processor, and I've overclocked it slightly to 3.5ghz (Core 2 Duo E8600)
Idles at 30C, plays Dolphin at 38C, that's awesome.

I saw the thermal paste on my old processor had become thermal dust, that's probably why it was getting so hot!
i havent tested yet, but considering that here where i live its summer and the temperature is about 35ºC, the moment a game start the cpu jumps from 3% to 99%, and sometimes i have to turn off the computer so it doesnt burn itself (sometimes it turns off by itself), probably as hot as a cpu can be

You should consider configuring the BIOS settings to underclock your CPU or adjust the fan speeds.
And ya know, actually checking the CPU temp with something like Speedfan

What processor are you using? I've that Intel processors handle heat much better than AMDs do.

HowieSun

Speedfan doesn't work with my motherboard model, but with dolphin my pc remains normal where the specifications of my pc is not and extra ordinary ,
On i7 950, stock on 3.06ghz, all cores around 39 to 43 while emulating dolphin in full screen. Graphics card goes to around 62-65 celsius degrees though.
