Honestly this is the best way of playing wii games after real nunchuck and wii remote.

So while playing Mario Galaxy, I got an idea about this. Using two dualsense as one controller. One for pointing (wii remote) and other as nunchuck. Honestly pointing while playing was really hard and could not do them simultaneously.

I use left dualsense only half part and I hold right dualsense sideways.

With this method, I can easily access these buttons.

Left dualsense stick, left dualsense dpad, left dualsense L1, L2, L3, Left Dualsense Share

Right dualsense R1, X, touchpad. I can also reach Square, Circle, Triangle, R2 buttons but not as easily.

I activated motion on right dualsense so basically became a wii remote.

I set the buttons like this for Galaxy

 - Movement (Nunchuck Stick) - Left Dualsense Stick
 - Center Camera © - Left Dualsense L1
 - Ground Pount (Z) - Left Dualsense L2
 - Pause (+) - Left Dualsense Share
 - Jump (A) - Right Dualsense X
 - Shooting Stars (B) - Right Dualsense Touchpad
 - Pointing - Right Dualsense Motion Sensors

I also set button for this interaction because I find it better this way honestly.

 - Spin (Shaking Wii Remote) - Right Dualsense R1

Also I set recentering pointer to Left Dualsense L3. Now playing Mario Galaxy became a lot much more fun this way!
