I have been trying to connect my third party Wiimote to Dolphin with no success. The Wiimote seems to not be recognized as the lights will keep blinking without anything happening to the Dolphin window. I have tried bluetooth passthrough with both the libusbk and winusb drivers installed and I have tried using the emulated bluetooth adaptor option as well, but the results have not changed. I have tried two third party Wiimotes and neither of them have worked, and I have not been able to find my official Wiimote to test.

I am using Dolphin version 5.0-21264 x64 with Windows 11. My Bluetooth adapter is listed as "Intel ® Wireless Bluetooth ®" with the USB ID [8087] [0032].
Most third party wiimotes wont work with emulated mode.

Your only bet is passthrough. I read some problems getting some Intel BT working in passthrough mode. That could be the problem. If you have a BT dongle lying around, give it a try
