So in 2021 I decided to buy this specific device for dolphin for BT passthrough

When I checked the compatability list for this device at the time it was as close to the Wii module BT that I could find, and I remember fondly that it worked perfectly.
Getting back to emulating my games after getting a new PC. I tried to use the adapter again to connect my wii remotes and it seems that it now stutters (for example, Smash Bros. Brawl the remote disconnects and reconnects, sound doesn't come out, movement is really slow and lagged). And I don't see why it's doing this.
I checked the compatibility list again and I don't see the same adapter on the list anymore. Can it be that the adapter I have is no longer compatible with dolphin due to updates?
