Hello everyone, I don't know where to change my profile picture. 

From the top ribbon, go to Options > Edit Profile. On the Edit Profile page, on the left hand side there is the Menu, go to Your Profile > Edit Profile > Change Avatar.

Uncertain if you need a certain amount of posts to unlock this feature or not.
