It seems like the Metal Gear Solid - Twin Snakes link leads to the Megaman X thread. Perhaps you can fix that?

my differents tests on rev 3520 :

baten kaitos (eu) : I have finish it on dolphin and there is no problem with the cd2 for me (not with the last rev but with an older).
battallion wars 2 (eu) : ingame (only 2D, 3D is black and crash when the party start)
bloody roar primal fury (eu) : black screen after the licence screen.
boom blox (eu) : crash at starting screen.
boom blox smatch party (eu) : fully playable for me.
bully scholarship edition (eu) : black screen after wiimote screen.
crystal defenders R1 (us) : fully playable.
de blob (eu) : ingame menu screen but not playable with olders revision and now it stop at loading screen before the menu.
deadly creature (eu) : nothing.
disaster day of crisis (eu) : look fully playable.
don king boxing (eu) : black screen after wiimote screen.
endless ocean (eu) : fully playable.
f-zero gx (eu) : in game, can start a party but impossible to play.
final fantasy cristal chronicle echoes of time (eu) : ingame menu.
final fantasy fables chocobos dongeon (eu) : ingame menu black screen after selecting newgame (but sound is ok)
fire emblem (eu) : fully playable
Guilty Gear XX core Plus (us) : fully playable
Guiness World Records (eu) : was fully playable with older rev but crash after wiimote screen now.
House of the dead overkill (eu) : black screen before wiimote screen.
legend of sayuki (eu) : fully playable.
madworld (eu) : fully playable
mario & sonic olympic game (eu) : playable but some crash
mario striker (eu) : look fully playable
mario tennis (wii version) (eu) : black screen before wiimote screen.
metroid prime (us) : look fully playable.
metroid prime 3 (eu) : playable but action problem with scanner.
monster lab (us) : black screen before menu.
naruto clash of the ninja revolution 2 (us) : fully playable.
naruto ex3 (jp) : fully playable
oburomuramasa (jp) : fully playable
okami (eu) : ingame menu
pimkin 1 wii (eu) : crash on start.
pimkin 2 wii (eu) : black screen before wiimote screen.
PES 2009 (us) : black screen before wiimote screen.
punch out! (eu) : playable but not fully there is some crash and sound break.
Resident Evil 4 Wii edition (eu) : ingame (player 3d model problem).
Skies of Arcadia Legends (eu) : in game but 3d problems.
Spartan total warrior (eu) : fully playable
Super Mario galaxy (us) : playable but textures bug on planets and no sound during the game (sound work only on interludes)
super mario sunshine (eu) : look fully playable.
super monkey ball (eu) : playable but camera problems
super paper mario (eu) : look fully playable
the legend of zelda twilight princess (eu) : look fully playable
the legend of zelda wind talker (eu) : look fully playable
the umbrella chronicles (eu) : look fully playable
topspin 3 (eu) : slow but fully playable
trauma center new blood (eu) : black screen before wiimote screen.
victorious boxer challenge (eu) : ingame but wiimote problems, impossible to boxe.
wario land the shake dimension (eu) : fully playable
wii sports (eu) : in game but graphic bugs and impossible to play.
