You need to fix your post, 'cause Megaman 9 is not Virtual Console. It's WiiWare game made specially for Wii and this game wasn't on any of the retro consoles unlike Virtual Console.

Id like to ask. All Wii games marked perfect/playable , does the nunchuk work with all of them?
Every Wii game should work with Nunchuck
Did you check "nunchuck connected" in wiimote config? Because it should work in all games (If not, mention what game)
