Full Version: Dolphin stops responding to input after switching to the meny

I am using Dolphin 5.0 on Fedora Linux on aarch64 (Asahi Linux on Apple M1) with Wayland. I am playing Super Mario Galaxy, with a Bluetooth Xbox One S controller. If I launch the game it plays just fine, until I switch away from the game window to the application configuration window. When I switch back, the game does not respond to any controller input and I have to restart the game. I am using the Xbox controller as an emulated Wii Remote with attached nunchuk.
Please let me know what other info would be helpful.
This is a known bug: https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/13354

Workarounds include switching graphics backend to Vulkan (I'm not sure if this backend works on Asahi Linux yet) or turning on Background Input.

Ok, thank you. I think that Vulkan (with LLVM pipe adapter) ends up using software rendering, as it is much slower than OpenGL. When I enable background input, the controls mostly work, except the nunchuk stick pulls to the left continuously in a way it does not when background input is disabled. If I hold nothing, Mario runs to the left. If I hold the stick to the right, he stays still but does not go right. Here is my .ini configuration: https://gist.github.com/dylanchapell/6ad...c52f21eea7
