Hello everyone!
I posted a thread in the support section but realized I never checked if the issue I am having is due to not capable enough hardware. Is this hardware capable enough?

- Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.25GHz
- Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB
- 8GB DDR3 @ 1066MHz
- 256GB Silicon Power SSD
- EVGA 430 watt PSU
- Windows 10 home (unactivated)

This is an Acer prebuilt that originally ran Windows Vista. I have upgraded the PSU, GPU, and Ram on it.

You were already answered in that thread, your CPU is much too slow.

That being said, 3+GHz Core 2 CPUs do go for stupid cheap nowadays (we're talking single-digit dollar amounts) and, by definition, running with 50% higher clockrate is going to improve CPU performance by around 50% (i.e. 40fps will become 60fps).
