Can you add support in Bluetooth Passtrought to TPLink UB 500 and Surface Pro 2017 adapters.

We can't affect what adapters are supported for Bluetooth passthrough. Either it works or it doesn't work. Because the adapter is being passed through directly to the game, it's all under the game's control, not ours.

Does Mac Mini M2 Bluetooth Adapter work using a Windows VM?

You would have to be able to do a hardware device passthrough of the bluetooth adapter to the Guest OS first, and I really doubt that would work if you could even get it set up.
