Hi i need i little help, i am having a hard time solving a graphical issue on Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 i dont know what is causing it, i take some screens for you to see how is the error

this happens only when the "wind effect" is on the screen, please if anyone knows how to fix this let me know, thanks...
