Someone I know tried emulating Wind Waker on his desktop and the framerate wasn't very good, then he left it on for hours, came back later, then the framerate went from average of 8, to average of 20.(outside that is)
He said the computer "got used to running the program", but that doesn't sound like it makes sense. Any explanation?
