Every time I try and launch after a Windows restart or startup, Dolphin will only display a black screen until I uninstall the libusbK driver, restart the PC, and reinstall it.

Is there any way I can stop the driver or whatever from breaking when I restart or shut down my computer? Or am I going to have to replace my adapter?

Sorry if this question has been asked millions of times before, but I have been looking online for a solution and found nothing yet.

Are you using libusbk for a particular reason. If not, you could try WinUSB, also installed through Zadig.
One thing that has helped me on BI passthrough connectivity issues is to enable VI Skip on problematic games, so you could try that too.
